Pizza Hut - CMH Road, Indiranagar, Bangalore

Before we moved out to Bangalore south we used to live in Bangalore east for close to 7 years. This Saturday we were in Indiranagar and went straight to Pizza hut for lunch. Now a days we hop around Pappa john's and Dominos.

Date and Time: Friday, 25th July, 2014 at 1.45 pm.

Restaurant Cuisine: Italian

Nonfood experience

Parking
You have to move a mountain to find out car parking. CMH road is a busy street. You have to park your vehicle on road side.

Restaurant do not have parking space.

Restaurant Entry
The pathway to restaurant and lift is shabby and dirty.

Wheel chair access
No

Waiting area
On the road - literally @ ground floor

Seating Experience
Couple of years back they were one of the hottest locations to hang around. There interiors have not changed since a decade and now it has lost its appeal.
The restaurant has limited seating but they have increased number of chairs. The grimy Pizza hut!

Order experience
Ordered for a backed pasta with white sauce and Veggie lover...We got the Pizza on time but pasta was served with out Garlic bread. The arrival of Garlic bread was like VIP (late arrival). The Garlic bread came along with us for some shopping (take away).

Food experience
“Veggi Lovers”:
The crust remains same as it was few years back. I love there Pizza. The crust is yummy. Any one can put the toppings but pizza quality is defined by the crust

“Backed Pasta”:
Not recommended. This is some thing which was never present in Pizza hut menu earlier and they came out with this recipe to be ahead of race with Domino's and I must say they did a bad job with the baked pasta. The sauce was not consistently spread, the pasta remained uncooked.

Cost
I paid around 845 Rs. including taxes. My pocket had a big HOLE.

Restaurant Exit
No one cares your exit, even if you ring the bell.

Time spent in the restaurant
1 hr

The good experience
We liked the Pizza

The bad experience
Pasta
The restaurant hygiene

My Recommendation
No - It has lost on too may criteria's
